Upon account closure for cause, 568jl reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where closure is not due to a breach on your part, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your 568jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 568jl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
